We offer a 7 day return for store credit. All items must be post marked back with 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for store credit.

Eligible items: Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all returns & exchanges. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, in original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale Items: Preorder, jewelry & discounted items.

*If an item is shipped back that does not meet our return requirements, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense or will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee.

Online Orders/App Purchases: Please email contact@shoplolamaes.com to receive a return label. All return labels will be provided within 24-48 hours. There will be a $10 return label fee deducted from your store credit.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You will receive an email within 3 business days once your item has been delivered back to us and inspected. Store credit is are calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. All store credit will be applied to your account.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email a picture of the defective item to contact@shoplolamaes.com within 48 hours. We will provide a return label and replacement item/refund at no cost to the customer.

WHAT IF I PAID WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS OR SEZZLE?

Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to Lola Mae's standard Return Policy for items returned within 7 days of fulfillment. A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.
